We offer FREE local pickup for all on-hand items. This is the fastest way to get your hair.
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.
You’ll get a text/email when your order is packed and ready — usually within 2 hours during business hours: Mon-Sat 10am-6pm.
Pickup address will be sent after purchase for safety. Text (314)7858184 when you arrive.
Orders must be picked up within 5 business days. Unclaimed orders will be canceled and refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping
On-hand items ship within 1 business day via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking provided.
We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once USPS shows “Delivered.” Please use a secure address.

Return & Exchange Policy
All Hair Sales Are Final Sale
Due to the nature of hair extensions and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the hair has been opened, installed, altered, washed, cut, or dyed.
Eligibility for Return:
You may return unopened bundles in original packaging within 3 days of pickup/delivery for store credit only. Customer pays return shipping.
To be eligible:
Hair must be unopened, unaltered, and in original packaging with lace/wefts intact.
Contact us first at [your email] with order # and photos.
Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 days.
Non-Returnable Items:
Yaki Pack Hair, sale items, bundle deals, custom orders, and any hair that has been opened or removed from packaging cannot be returned.
Damaged/Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong length/texture, contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery with photos and video of the unopened package. We’ll replace it or issue store credit ASAP.

Why final sale?
Real raw hair is a luxury investment. Once it leaves our hands and the packaging is opened, we cannot resell it. We inspect every bundle before it’s packed. Please ask all questions before purchasing. We’re here to help you pick the right length/texture.
